Phone Tempered glass installed incorrectly

I bought the Samsung a7 tempered glass from afforementioned cell c. The person (Sihle) who was installing it on my phone didn't do it properely and when I said I don't want a damaged glass since I had just paid R200 for it, Sihle then called the manager who then told me that it's not their problem & won't do anything about it.<br> <br> <br>
