Phone suspended after payment was made and no feedback
Payment was **** on the 22 July 2025. Today they suspended my account. I send emails with proof of payment, proxy and letter from doctor on the 30 July and 1 August, due to my husband that had strokes and are unable to talk to them. But no call was received.
The number is our business number, now nobody can even phone me
