Phone ****** from Courier company and Im still not replaced with anything

I was contacted and approached by Cell C to take up a contract with them. Being a busy person I don't have time to go to the store I thought what a great offer. I took up the Z Fold and completed everything. This was in Novemeber.

My phone was sent to courier It which I received an sms. Parcel number CellC***2. A couple of days i could see that my phone was not delivered which I called courier IT and tracked Brandon only to find that my parcel was ******. He did'nt help much but then I ended up speaking to Thandeka Poto from Courier IT JHB and she said she logged a query for a replacement of my phone. A week later she cant assist me with anything so i again called Cell C spoke to Mamloi who says she is going to transfer me to do application again.

I feel angry, dissapointed, ****** as I could have shopped in other companies for this phone but Cell C just gave me a run around. Unfortunately its December and companies have no stock of the phone and worse its hard for me to stop working and be on the phone asking people what happened to the phone I ordered.

I have not received any apology from Cell C or someone senior who has contacted me to rectify or replace this phone.
