Phone still not delivered.
I've ordered a Samsung a52 as a cash purchase online on 15/03/2022 and have received absolutely no feedback whatsoever regarding the delivery of the product. Every time I call cell c on 145 they say they will escalate the issue and I should call back. I've BEEN CALLING BACK everyday and still no one can tell me where my phone is!
This is ridiculous!

I will wait till tomorrow, although I highly doubt I will receive my device as cell c has not even gotten back to me regarding possible delivery arrangements. I need my phone before the end of this week!
