Phone still network locked
Good day
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A2 core, however this phone is still network locked for data usage.The call was logged last week and i was inform that the matter will br resolved within 24hours. I called back and was promised that the matter will be resolved soon. I called back today and the lady told me about a backlog. Im sorry but i dont work at cellc a backlog cant be the customers problem.
Im unhappy and im gonna make a noice until you decide to unlock this phone.
