phone still in repairs for over 6 months

I have a contract with cell c, i have or had a black berry that was booked in for repairs many times and the last time i booked it was last yr, when i tried to collect the phone, i gave my id and my drivers licence they refused to give the phone saying i need a affidavit, it is my phone, and i have not been able to use this phone for the last8 months on so because its still at cell c. i lost my collection form, i now refuse to wait for a year to pass. i want my phone.<br> <br> my ID should be sufficient as well as the cover and battery of the phone which i was told to keep this is the most poor service ever. i was not given a courtesy phone and now had to barrow some ones phone for the last 8 monthsmonths
