Phone speaker not working

I have a cellphone contract that is about to expire soon in January 16. My iPhone 5 speaker is not working properly. I am barely here people on the line. Now this proves to be a problem for me as my phone ever since i bought it, it has been on different protective pouches. Now, for me to upgrade to this current phone was I had a contract with you and I took a blackberry and also it stopped working just before the contract ended and now its the iPhone 5. I am wondering whether this is a SICK way of keeping people on your network?? I am paying a lot of money for the contract, i expect the goods to work properly. somebody please get back to me as i am not happy and i have been on the line for the past 25 minutes to your technical support and nobody is picking up
