Phone returned in worse condition

My husband bought me a contract phone from cell C. 3 months ago my 1 year cracked the screen in 2 (no other cracks). We took it in to Cell C Davenport to book for repairs. We were given a quote which we felt was too high and requested that the phone be returned. Upon picking up the phone, it was visible that it had more cracks than when sent in. The top right hand corner of the screen has a crack that shows that the phone was most probably dropped again and landed on that corner. There are other cracks and scratches on the phone. We continue to pay the monthly fee with regards to the contract but they fail to provide reason sufficient as to why is the phone worse than when we took it in.<br> <br> I am highly annoyed and dissapointed with this sevice provider as they expect that i should be the one to call them for an update and answers, yet they never fail to extract the monthly premium, whilst for the last 3 months the phone is in their possession. As a service provider, i expect that they would be careful with the product and ensure customer satisfaction.
