My name is Basil Ngakane and I took my phone in for repairs at a cellc store in Cresta on September 2015. it was then taken in to the technical repairs of Nokia which resulted in a response back from CellC regarding the status of my phone 3months later when I called to find out. I was requested to pay an access fee of R200 of which I immediately did in December. January I receive no feedback from them again and I decide to call about the status. I was then asked to pay an extra access fee of R175 because the phone was beyond repair and had to be replaced. I immediately done that and a couple of days after payment I call CellC again. I am at this point told that my insurance with C-insure has not approved the claim and I should call C-Insure directly to get this done. I called C-insure and they told me CellC hasn't gotten back to them regarding the status of the phone and whether it has to be replaced or not. It is February now and I am still fighting the same battle. When I called today to find out the status of the phone whether a new phone has sent or not, I am told no one gave the instructions to do so. Now is has been 5months without a phone and no one at CellC seems to care.
