Phone repairs

Took my phone to cell c for repairs I was then told to call customer care for a qoute the qoute amounted to R17500, which we talking about a phone that's R11000 which I has a remaining balance of R6000 am told the qoute is amounting to that amounting to that money becuae the don't have a Samsung note 10 so they can only give me a Samsung note20 because they cant fix the current issue.... I declined the qoute since I can not afford this amount I have sent customers care emails to assist me with a way forward with this issue all I get is auto replies... Am just not happy with the service at all... I still don't know what happened to the broken phone but am paying monthly for a phone that I don't even know where it is....
