Phone not working properly after repairs

Hi<br> <br> Sent my phone for repairs on the 4th of February. I only got my phone yesterday (29th March 2016) Ref no. CLC***. This was after numerous complaints.<br> <br> I only inserted my sim card this morning and to my surprise, the sim card slot is not working properly. I can't insert my sim card. Secondly, the screen brightness settings are no longer working. The screen is now forever at it's brightest which creates a battery issue.<br> <br> The phone went to blackberry, and went through assessments after the repairs. How can something like this be overlooked?
