phone not replaced or repaired as yet

bad and disgusting service at cell c gateway. no one seems to be bother to help and rectify existing customers problems. email and phone gateway cell c on numerous occasions no reponse. till this very date no one from cell c has even bother to contact me, regarding my faulty phone which cannot be repaired. on two occasion when i was in the shop at gateway cell c , they was more interested in getting new customers in and signing new contract than helping existing clients. WHAT A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE, no one seems to care . even cell c main customer service , only emailed me one stating they will contact me , but still no one has contacted me as yet. i am still waiting for 1 month now for a reponse.i have been a customer for CELL C for the past 15 or more years to date , and i have 3 contracts with cell C , WELL NOW I AM REALLY CONSIDERING TO SAY BYE BYE TO CELL C. i have emailed yourll my problem and i am still waiting for your response . is any one out there in cell c can be responsible enough to atleast give me a call. <br> until then!!!!<br> thank you for not caring about your existing clients<br>
