Phone not fixed/replaced.

It has been nearly 4 weeks since i handed my phone in to be repaired or replaced. I called last Friday querying, how long must i must still wait. The person i spoke to said that they were going to be receiving stock to replace my phone that afternoon.<br> Monday came no sms of an outcome. I phone yesterday (Tuesday). A lady at the repair centre told me they havnt received the stock yet, but she will inquire for me and get back to me in a while.<br> Now over 24 hours later i still have not received any feedback. It has now been 21 working days and i havnt received anything.
