Phone not being collected for repairs despite promises.

I reported that my phone was not working over a week ago. I was promised that it would be collected and sent off. My phone is 6 months old. Firstly, you said i must send it to a cell c shop. The closest one is 2 hours away. Secondly, you assured me this would be collected and sorted out. To date - NOTHING. I use this phone for business but i have had to use an old phone just to recieve calls and whatsapp messages. Surley my phone is under warranty ? . Really, Cell C has gone from bad to worse. I want a response urgently.
