Phone not back from repairs after 21 days

I booked my phone (together with my sim card) in for repairs at Cell C Menlyn -15 January 2015, as the phone wasn't charging when the battery was flat, since December 2014. On Monday 16 February, I went to the store to enquire, and found out that the phone WAS NOT BACK from repairs, and system according to Zano the consultant shows that it is STILL NOT FIXED. Zano promised to follow up on the next day. I called the store twice (10am and 12pm) on Tuesday as they KEPT FAILING to call me to give me progress on my phone. Spoke to the store manager, he said they texted me on a 084 number which is NOT the number I gave them. He then only tells me then they can't fix the phone because \find my iPhone app"isn't deactivated. Store manager then tells me I have to wait ANOTHER 7- 21 days. They CAN'T give me a loan phone"
