phone mulfuncianing
since I have this phone is always freezing and some of the key word does not working good please send courier guy to fetch this phone and give me better working phone

Please visit your nearest Cell C store and book in the handset for repairs. The handset will be sent to our repair centre where it will be assessed and a decision will be taken based on the outcome whether the handset will be replaced, repaired or refunded.
