Phone Missing in Branch --- Cannot Find it in stor

My phone went in for repairs came back to me not fixed . Sent it away again for repairs in September / October LAST year. Still no phone and now the store cannot find any phone and has confirmed that it was received at the store but no-one can produce the phone. I WANT A NEW PHONE FROM CELL C as my phone which was handed in cannot be found...
