phone keeps getting suspended, communication just not working

I have had endless problems with Cell C suspending my phone and when I make payment, it takes days, sometimes WEEKS for my phone to be connected again. This time it has been weeks and their call centre number has been out of service for about 5 days now. I cannot get through to them on any phone number - all I get are automated messages. I am beyond frustrated and fed-up. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME?!

Just phoned again and my payment (from last week) has not been picked up by the system. Did I send proof of payment? Yes. Did they receive it? No. Can I send another proof of payment to the person on the phone? No. Is there ANYTHING she can do to assist me and get me back online? No. I might as well phone Monday so they can open a case, it will take 48 working hours for anyone to contact me and they don't work on weekends. I ask does she get this kind of thing often? Unfortunately yes... I want to cancel my contract. Never have I ever experienced such bad service and organisation.
