Phone in for repairs

<p>good day, I am very unhappy about my phone. When i handed in my phone for repairs, i was told it can take up to 21 days for repairs. I do understand that. I followed up on the repairs. On 26/05/2016 i called Cell C, the answer i got was: they are waiting on an exchange unit from Cell C. I called again on 30/05/2016, same message, they are waiting on Cell C to send an exchange unit. Called agian to day, 03/06/2016, same message, they are waiting on cell c for an exchange unit. Is it possible to give such an answer? Nothing has been done, no one follows up and the same message is still on the screen. Even though they said it can take up to 21 days, no feedback, no correspondence and the phone is just there. This is not true... i cant believe it. I called in and spoke to Rodelle first, then i called again and spoke to Lerato. No feedback, what is happening. I mentioned to one of the girls i spoke to that my daughter is a journalist student and her life/studies are on her phone. She said she will try and speed up the process. Well, today i got the same message i got on 26/05/2016. As soon as i get the phone back i am done with Cell C. Very bad service.</p>
