Phone gone for repairs for more than six months

My phone went I'm for repairs on the 29th of January this year and has since not been returned to me. My phone has insurance with cell c and was booked in at Musgrave. I have since been sending emails and phoning but my phone is still not back. The worst part is for the past since months while my phone was with cell c I have been paying for the contract and insurance. The phone has been in and out of the repair centre for reasons not known even by the employees at Musgrave cell c. I want the premiums for insurance that I have paid while the phone was with them refunded
