Phone exchange

Would not recommend!! Been a contract customer for many years and upgraded recently. The phone I got is not working for me at all as the processing system does not allow me to restore any of my backups and some apps I need, I can't use. Tried to change the phone for a different brand, but in store purchases can't be changed only online purchases can be exchanged. Really not happy with the service, thanks for letting me sit with this problem although I'm still paying you. Would not recommend CellC to anyone, Won't be returning as a client
