I called regarding the statement that have to query each an every month I even spoke with one of the technical team regarding that. I did explain to him that I can't download straita reader and would like to receive my statement via PDF ' acrobat reader ' but it seems my plea it has fallen to deaf ear and worse Micheal dropped the phone on me.
