phone delivery

I did a cellphone upgrade last week on the 18th of which everything was ok n assisted in a satisfactory manner. Was told the phone will be delivered at work. Today i decide to call cell c to track the phone and i was told that the courrier service called me on the 20th and couldnt get through as my phone rang until voicemail. So im asking myself that if they couldnt get hold of me on that certain day couldnt they try on the other day because not even a message was left on my phone and the lady told me that she will arrange for the delivery to take place today and i confirmed that im at work and was supposed to go for a meeting but didnt as im waiting for the delivery. I phoned again just now to see if there is any progress and the lady who assisted me told me that their delivery takes place between 8 am and 5 pm and im like im calling becuse its my time to go home now n wanted to find out if they are on their way or not maybe do it tomorrow. She took my details and said she sent it to the courrie service for them to contact me. No call has been received and ive already knocked off. This is really frustrating and i really need that phone. dont knw what to do or sleep here at work
