Phone delivered to the wrong person(***** case)

Good day, I had a cellphone upgrade on the 23/02/2016 via Cell C direct. after 2 weeks without receiving the phone I called Cell C direct to find out the status of my delivery. to my shock, I was to that the phone was delivered on the 24/02/2016 to someone in Johannesburg who had my ID copy. what's confusing me is the fact that I gave them my work address for delivering, which is in Pretoria and they delivered to another address, where they claim that someone signed for it and had my ID copy. <br> Cell C logged a ***** call for me (Case nr : ***), and I sent them an affidavit from police station and other documents they asked for. but I still haven't got any feedback from them. And Cell C is billing me for the upgrade that I didn't even get. So I just need to feedback from their ***** department regarding my case, and want Cell C to deliver my phone.<br> <br> thanks<br>
