Phone crashes 2 weeks after repair

Utterly Disgusted: Not even two weeks later and the phone is busted again! We were so disappointed that we were not even able to enjoy the marketing tactic of free data as we did not have the phone that Cell C took almost 2 months to repair! Something that we were informed would take 21 days. Now we have to run around again in order to get the phone repaired AGAIN! This is not just a waste of time and money but also a HUGE frustration as it inconveniences our entire family! When will CELL C ever get this right??? First we had it for two months and it died now only two weeks after a repair DEAD PHONE. How many more repairs should we expect before something is done about it? You should not stock or sell sub standard products... Why must the customer suffer like this?
