Phone back from repairs and still not working

So I received my Blackberry Z3 back from repairs, I insert my sim and SD cards, switch it on and it's wiped, like the previous time I sent it in. So fine, I'll start from scratch AGAIN. I get home and the phone is dead AGAIN and does not want to switch on. So now it has been repaired twice and every time the problem is getting worse.<br> This is really ridicules.
