****** phone and trying to Sim swop
Phone was ****** trying to do a Sim swap a nightmare. Phoned 5x andxevery time I fail the so called security questions. I am 72 years old hiw in God name must I remembered previous cell nr when I have had the nr I am using for the last 7 years.so I am still unable to do a si. Swop. I am needing my Sim done ASAP. DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORT TO DO IT INSTORE!!!

13 Sept 2025, 17:14Thank you for responding, BUT where do I need to send the Private reply to as you did not leave a email/nr fir ne to reply to.I have once again tried and once again I am told that I do not pass your test. Surly if I have supp**** all the 1st security questions like jy I'd, address,full names, bank ext I should be verified, why a second test and then tell me I do not pass. As stated I do not have transport to go into a store.
