phoenix plaza staff refused to assist
One of the many Cell C contracts i have is about to expire. Staff memebers at the phoenix plaza branch refused to assist me on terminating the old contract so i may sign a new contract. she said i had to contact the call centre after I mentioned that i cannot get threw to the call center her comment was that other people get threw. Does cell c look for rude un-helpful people to employ. Why am i not shown the same behaviour when i come in to sign the contract , if i knew this is the way ill b treated then i would have went to Vodacom . Please advice on which cell c branches are opened for customer assistance and which have snobish rude staff so i know which to avoid.a list for the durban area will help. Thanks

It is disappointing to learn that the store consultant did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
