Phillip at CellC canal walk sucks
<p>I went to cell c for an upgrade and I walk up to this guy Phillip I greet him politely and he just shuffs me off like he's not interested in anything I wanna ask. He forgets people like me keep him and his family fed by bringing our business to them. Bad service from him!!! Utterly disgusted!!!!</p>
