Philisiwe gave me hope about cell c

I write this message with so much joy and smile today after a long and painful experience with cell c. I was assisted by a young energetic, charismatic, honest and hardworking girl by the name of Philisiwe. I must say words can never explain how I feel today after painful and tormenting experience with cell c for the last 4 weeks. No team leader could assist with my queries in the past few weeks and in less than 1 hour she understood my query and resolved it. I was intending to cancel my contract and she managed to change my mind today. May the all mighty lord bless this young girl. Cell c listen to all my 4 weeks compailts regarding the same issue. Listen to all my calls Let me know if most of your team leaders and specialist are competent ,cause I can tell you right now, most of them they are not or they are just there for their salaries nothing else. However I can vouch for Philisiwe that she’s more than competent when compared to most of your team leaders. She understand the system and listen without talking over the customer and give her undivided attention. She listen and never assume your complaint. Again watch Philisiwe she is one of the few assets
