Yesterday my i phone crashed and i took it to cell c @ the pavillion . They told me that i have to pay for the repairs as my cellphone is out of warranty . Suprisingly i have 2 year contract with cell c thats gonna end at the end of september . Why must i pay for the repairs ? because this phone still belongs to cell c . Why do you guys give is a 2 year contract and 1 year warranty ? I will be logging an official complain today with cell c and national consumer . I want them to look at your contracts and make sure that they amend this ****************<br> The manager there Suraj Munnah and his assistant Ntokozo Mzolo were helpless . I didn't even get temporaly phone that I can use in the meantime. They were only intrested in telling me that the phone will be fixed in 28 days. That's shame for such big company that they take so long to fix our phones
