Pethatic. Crocks. Theives. Careless of their clients. False adverti*****t.

Once again cell c has crashed my happiness. I recently took a contract with cell c and just in one month my cell phone's jammed and it was booked for repairs. When i got it back just under a month i discovered that my camera was blurry and i phone cell c booked it again for repairs. To my suprise i recieved sms with quote of R5119.13 told to pay for repairs of two cameras. I was shocked and told them how can i pay so much for repairs after recieving it from repairs. I was told that the assessment reported stated that it was liquid damage and i told them how can i damage the phone with liquid just under a month i received it from repairs.i was told that they cannot repair it unless i pay that money. I tried to explain to them that i did not damage or have my phone next yto water or something. They told they are not going to do anything and since i do not accept the quote they going to return my phone unrepaired. Cell c just ripped me off and i am now going to spend 24 months of a contract with a phone that its camera is not working. Cell c is the worst of them all. They are nothing but crocks. I mean the value of the repairs is almost the same as the value of the phone and beside that there is possibility that the camera was damaged during the first repairs. PEOPLE IM PLEADING WITH DO NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH CELLC THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT AND WILL PIN THEIR FAULT ON YOU NO MATTER WHAT. I REGRET THE MOMENT I TOOK CONTRACT WITH THEM. TAKE IT FROM ME AND OTHERS WHO HAVE REPORTED CELLC PATHETIC SERVICE. CHECK THE VALUE OF SAMSUNG A31 AND COMPARE IT TO R5119.13 THEY ARE CHARGING FOR THE DAMAGE I DID NOT DO. BECAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. I HATE IT. VIKILE FROM REPAIRS DEPARTMENT HAS BOOKED MY PHONE TO BE RETURNED TO ME UNREPAIRED. I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS ******* COMPANY.
