*********** Personnel yet again

I was given an Enquiry listing at Experian by CellC without being asked permission nor giving permission to do an Enquiry against my name. I DID NOT apply for an Upgrade nor a Contract!!! The person who contacted me unfortunately does not understand what I explained, nothing new for CellC, from Consultants to higher Management sadly. My matter has still not been resolved. She said nothing can be done about it. Something CAN definitely be done and I told her it better be done. A new query was sent to me but absolutely NO feedback. I expect a call from the Legal Dept regarding this, someone competent enough to do what needs to be done TODAY!!! The most useless company I have ever dealt with and it just never ends.
