personal credential & application lost

On the 30th January 2016 I visited Cell C branch Tygervalley and app**** for a contract. A copy of my ID, latest bank statement and latest pay slip was taken in. I signed consent to credit vet. I did the same application next door at Vodacom and received a call next day that my contract was approved. <br> I never received feedback from Cell C and when I went to Vodacom the 1st February 2016, I visited the Cell C store and when I asked the store manager about my application, he said no paperwork on my application was on premises. <br> I am disgusted that personal details of mine was lost and can be used for ********** transactions and would like my personal documents returned. <br> The Manager apologized and the customer accept it...I will take this matter further as you cannot disregard clients confidential documents as unimportant. <br> <br> WHERE IS MY CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS....MUST BE RETURNED
