PERSISTING DATA ISSUE

Good day,<br> <br> I complained about data throughput on my three (3) Cell C contracts in October 2014. I repeated the complains till with the intervention of the Cell C sales director in January 2015 someone came to my house and determined that the tower my house was congested and needed to be upgraded. I also received 2 months' free data on two (2) contracts in lieu of the error. This however did not have a happy or even slightly satisfactory ending as:<br> <br> (1) The tower would have been repaired in due course
