Permanently Deactivated sim card

I have used my cell c number *** for the past 10 years, rica registered, when i am trying to do a sim swap i am told that my number has been permanently deactivated, what i do no not understand is when im told i can never get my number back, everything of mine revolves around that number, my business contacts and otps for all my sites I can not loose that number. If i need to come to your head offices i will have to because your cellc centers could not help me. Please kindly assist the number is rica registered so there should be a way to reconnect that to me again.I want my number back, it has not been allocated to anyone as yet because when I dial it simple says the number does not exist.
