Permanently deactivated numbers

I recently switched to cell c 3 weeks ago for my business numbers but got permanently deactivated due to not being recharged but the numbers were active and receiving calls this has caused a very big inconvenience for me and my clients I really didn’t know that numbers can get deactivated since I was new I would have appreciated maybe a warning sms to recharge my numbers or a call before they got deactivated.😭
