Dit is die swakte diens wat ek nog ervaar het in my lewe.
Cell c suck.
In July 2022 all my contract lines got suspended. Without any notice. Me not missing any payments.
Phoning Cell C to find that there is a contract on my name that I am not aware of and it is in arrears. Where was the statement send to, o no there is no adres on the system so I never received a statement. I paid the R2024 immediately. Went the Cell C store to do a sim swop on the contract number. Guess what, the contract is permanently suspended BUT wait I am still liable for the whole amount of the contract term. I want to know why? So this where the shot hit the fan. Nobody from Cell C can assist me. Many hours on the phone. Dozens of emails. Still today my problem is not solved.
Customer care can't help but also can't transfer you to a supervisor or a manager. They are ***********. I am cancelling all my contracts as soon as they expire.

I would like a signed copy of that contract please.
I did pay it the outstanding amount immediately on the day I was informed of this contract and arranged for a debit order on the 15th of every month for the remaining time of the contract.
Which is still not in place.
