People can die!

I have been complaining about the poor network for months in Katlehong and Thokoza, and cell c sent technicians saying they will sort out the problem in 3 months. It has been 3 more months since their promise and now they no longer take my complaints, they literally ignore me. What is scary is the fact that the network has gotten worse, with no word from them. Calls hardly ever go through, and when they do, one has to repeat themselves 10 times to say one sentence. In areas like Sandton, the network works just fine. Doesn't cell c management realize that people can die while trying to make emergency calls on their network? there is no sickening feeling like being helpless while you have a phone with air time! cell c, get your act together and stop ignoring my plea. PEOPLE CAN DIE WHILE SEEKING HELP. IMAGINE IF ONE HAD A HEART ATTACK AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH WAS A PHONE CALL!
