Pensioner ********** at Cell C Ballito.

My mother went into the store in Ballito and gave somebody a R100.00 bill to recharge her phone. He took the money and folded up the printed receipt. When she looked at the receipt later, it was for a R70.00 recharge. Please get hold of me for a copy of the receipt so you can check your cameras. Somebody doesn't deserve a job!
