<p>Cell C has committed misconduct with my Contact by taking more funds on my debit order than what I signed up for. They've apologized, however, I'm not getting my refunds as promised for almost 3 months.</p>

A refund is not supposed to take that long as refunds normally take between 3-7 working days to reflect in the customers bank account. Perhaps you were advised of a credit which is credited directly into the customers Cell c account.
We will follow up on this matter and assist.
