Payments unallocated
I had some issues with my account payment via debit order. So I have been paying via EFT and e-mailing Cell C the proof of payment. I thought all was in order till my account was suspended.
I went to my local Cell C store to establish what was going on, only to find that a lot of my payments have not been allocated. I have tried to contact Cell C but to no avail. The Cell C store even tried to resolve it but to no avail.
All I am wanting is for my payments to be allocated and my account to be unsuspended, but I can't reach Cell C to do so. Very poor communication.
