Payments still not updated

Dear cell C Payment not yet updated ********** 33 AND ********** 27

Departments of billing and proof of payment not corresponding. Being spammed every 5 minutes with calls from cell c stating account is in arrears. Spoke to Danielle ********** All proofs are being send and for some weird reason this is not getting updated and I am getting calls that payment are not traced or received. Can someone from the billing or proof of payment department follow up on this. I asked Danielle to confirm if all is ok she said yes this morning my phone rings and rings every 5 minutes that I have not paid.
