Payments not allocated on account

Cell C has been taking debit orders off my bank account without reflecting these payments on my statement or account.<br> It now shows that my account is in arrears which is not the case.<br> With numerous visits to the branch, hours on the telephone, this issue is still pending since April 2015.<br> I have sent them bank statements, proof of payments and still they deny ever getting a payment from me.<br> I seem to get nowhere when I phone them to rectify this error.<br> I will never ever recommend this service provider to any friends or family.
