PAYMENTS NOT ALLOCATED

Till today cell C hasn't contacted me regarding my query. When I contact their call centre on Saturday they told me my number is permanently disconnected and may account is with their legal department they cannot assist me. I was told I have to contact Legal department on my expense as their number is not free. After all the proof of payment I have email to cell c and none of them is willing to assist me. I made the following payment to cell c: 26/02/2015-- R150.00, 29/04/2015 -- R300.00, 27/05/2015 -- R250.00, 30/06/2015 -- R150.00
