PAYMENTS NOT ALLOCATED
My last complain with cell c they requested for my number, I am still using the same cell number given to them. Cell C contacted me once and I was busy on the other line, I thought they will call back but they never did. I returned the call and asked t be contacted back till today no one has contacted me. My number is *** contact me at 13:15 today.
