Payments made to Thano's Credit Card not reflecting on Statement

After being a Cell C Customer for years, payment made end July (Payment Description on Credit Card Statement Thano's ) is nor reflecting on mu Billing account. Been trying to get sorted for month . Just received notification from my Bank that 3 times the amount owing is reserved for payment. Just spoke to the 5th person at CellC contract centre and once again requested to speak to a Manager without any result or recourse
