payments issue

In general I am an all out CELL C fan.

however recently i notice the level of service started to turn out to be rather poor.

on the 28th of june 2017 cellc ran the normal debit off my account of R823.78 but sadly the debit bounced due to insufficient funds in my account as i was unemployed. on the 28th of july 2017 cellc ran the debit for R1130.00 but once again it bounced due to insufficient funds.

i went to the Cellc branch in Phoenix Durban and theyy gave me an easy pay number to make a cash payment at Shoprite, were as i paid the outsatanding amounts as a total of R1953.78. the payment reflected and my lines were opened to the network again.

the thing is although i paid the amount cash, Cellc never stopped tracking my account for the debit amounts that were outstanding. On the 30th of August 2017 Cellc ran a debit 4 times on my account, debiting a total of R3224.24. they debited the amount for the outstanding amounts that i had paid cash plus they debited me R1128.00 for august 2017. and then the penalties for missing a debit order.

i have spoken to numerous people from cellc customer care and was asked numerous time to send PROOF OF PAYMENT, so i got myself a bank statment and sent it as proof to ********** every consultant said they cant find my email. that was sent its been almost a month now and i am still getting no were with matter.

the last person that i have spoken on the 23rd of september 2017 to is Sifiso Xulu, who asked me to send the proof of payment to ********** so i sent proof of payment to his email address and he stated that he will call back as soon as they check it within the day. its now the 27th of September and still no feedback.

as far as i know my account is up to date but they are waiting to debit my account R2257.00 were as i only need to pay R1127.00 for september 2017.

it is so frustrating that i have to hassle so much just to get my account in line with no happiness from a major company. further more because the mishap that cellc made i have to suffer the consequences because my line is now blocked for no reason.

AT THIS POINT WITH SO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL THINK TWICE TO USE CELLC IN FUTURE.

It is costing me R35 at a time to reverse debit order that they took of my account and its costing me time and petrol to go to a bank and get a bank statement and then get the same situation were Cellc staff disapear

3 days later and still no response... This is becoming rather ridiculous i am never going to use cell c again after my contracts are done. LEVEL OF SERVICE IS DROPPING DRASTICALLY. This is totally unexceptable. I had to bare an entire weekend with my mobile phones active due to your mistakes. You guys debit my account and a week later you cant find the payment. I have sent through bank statements as proof of the debit from Cellc but no one responds. I hope all Cellc users do not have to bare the same issue!!!
