Payments

Cell C has now annoyed me for the last time! My mom has 3 Contracts on her name, we have been in to change the bank details i cannnot even tell you how many times! They are meant to take all 3 contracts off the same bank and they never do! they always let one bounce to an old bank account, i have to pay the R 70.00 charges for their mistake ? really ? i dont think this is fair! my contract is now almost done with Cell C. i am being shut down again cause of them, i dont see why i must pay if this is their fault ? am i wrong or right? Who needs service like this? I will not recommend Cell C to anyone. I am so fed up!
