Hi There.

I paid all of the arrears on the account via EFT on the 30th of July and yet a debit order tried to run on my account today more than a week later.

I've sent proof of payment to you guys multiple times at *** and ***. Please update my account accordingly.

Payment/Acc ***

This affects my credit record as the debit order goes as unreturned even though I paid everything off. This is incompetence.

I was saying that since the debit order has gone off on my account it has returned as unpaid which affects my credit record. The issue is the EFT payment that I made over a week ago still hasn't been allocated. Please fix this.
